Another Channie Challenge, use a large photograph and make a vintage-style lay out.... This will be a birthdaygift for my MIL...
I used a lot of cute little techniques, two kinds of crackle, liquid gold leaf, walnut ink and lots more....
I really love how this turned out.....
Cynthia challenged me to use a lot of butterflies. Not just any butterflies, I had to use a template. I printed the template on some cardstock and on the other side I glued some bookprintpaper and I used gesso, before I cut out the butterflies. Then applied stickles (cute stuff!!!). I'm not totally happy with this...thingy...lay out...whatever, but Dafni's loves it...so I guess that makes it ok....LOL...
A challenge from the Channie girls.....the things they come up with!!! This time I had to use a photo cut out and make a background....I kinda like how this turned out, it's a lot of fun to just let your creativity flow...
This box was originally a gift package of Nivea for men....darkblue, boring little thing....hubby used the Nivea and gave this box to me....for scrappin'. I used a lot of strange stuff, a printed picture I found on the web at the beautiful Challenge Blog ("Art Creations Friday"), of course I'm too late to participate, but that wasn't my intention in the first place, I just loved this picture and I knew what I wanted to use it for, and now I did......
Dit doosje was oorspronkelijk zo'n kadoverpakking van Nivea for men, zo'n donkerblauw saai geval.
For the same friend, who is going to travel to China this summer. A travelbox to take with her, to keep things like receipts, sand, plants and to write down her memories.....
For a friend who just lost a cat....and lost two a couple of years ago.....like a "tribute" to those three cats.....
Used a lot of paint, glimmer mist and beeswax.....
